CANCELLATION RULES
Cancellation or changes in the booking are received
in written form only, not later then:
- 4 days before the date of arrival, excluding
days-off and official holidays (01.01-30.04.2009, 17.10-31.03.2009);
- 8 days before the date of arrival, excluding
days-off and official holidays (01-31.05.2009, 18.07-16.10.2009);
-11 days before the date of arrival, excluding
days-off and official holidays (01.06-17.07.2009).
Otherwise the hotel charges a cancellation fee
in the amount of cost of all the rooms booked for one night.
