Cancellation or changes in the booking are received in written form only, not later then:
- 48 hours before the date of arrival, excluding days-off and official holidays (Low and Shoulder seasons);
- 72 hours before the date of arrival, excluding days-off and official holidays (High season).
Otherwise the hotel charges a cancellation fee in the amount of cost of all the rooms booked for one night.
